Water well drilling tri-cone bit is mainly used for drilling water well and exploiting geothermal resources.

According to the different requirements of clients, our company designs various products, including milled tooth bits for soft rock and insert bits for very hard rock.
Different tungsten carbide teeth (sphere tooth, conical tooth, wedgy tooth and bucket shape tooth) are inlayed based on different applications.
Bearing seal type choice: rubber seal and metal seal.

1,  Inlaying high strength and high toughness carbide teeth to improve the teeth’s shock-resistant and reduce the broken rate.
2, Better design of teeth rows, teeth number, teeth height and the unique teeth shape comprehensively improve the cutting capability and cutting speed.
3, Installing clamp spring to fix the cone to bear high drilling pressure.
4, The inner holes of cone bit are welded with antifriction tungsten carbide to improve the anti-seizure ability of bearing.
5, O-shaped high-saturated nitrile rubber seal ring is assembled. Optimized seal compression amount improves the reliability of bearing seal.
6, Entire rubber oil storage can limit the pressure difference, prevent the drilling fluid from flowing into lubrication system, provide good lubricity for the bearing system, ensure the regular work of O-shaped seal ring and increase the service life of the drill.
7, Adopt a new kind of low wear grease which can bear 250℃high temperature to improve the high temperature resisting of the lubrication system of the roller bits.

The structural features of metal seal roller bits

1, Adopt floating bearing structure which is made of new material with high strength, high elastic, high temperature resistance, and high wear resistance, and the surface is processed by solid lubricants. This floating component can reduce the relative liner speed of the bearing pair as well as restrain the temperature rising of the friction surface to effectively improve the reliability and the service life of the bearing under high drilling pressure and high drilling speed.
2, Adopt high-precision metal steal. A pair of elaborately designed and processed metal steal ring is assembled as the axial dynamic seal of the bearing. Two high-elasticity rubber power rings are installed in the steal area of the legs and cones as static seal. Optimized steal compression amount ensure the continuously good contacting of the seal surface of the two metal rings.
3, Steel balls locked with the cone to adapt the high rotation speed.
